At the heart of Maramagambo Community Medical Center are the dedicated health workers who work tirelessly to serve our community. To ensure we retain top talent and continue delivering quality care, we urgently need funding to support our staff salaries. Our current monthly requirements are: Super specialist weekly consultations: USD 2400, Medical officer: USD 1100, Two clinical officers: USD 1000, 4 Nurses: USD 900, Lab technician: USD 400, Radiographer: USD 480, and Support staff: USD 499. Supporting these salaries directly translates to saving lives and maintaining the high standard of care our patients rely on. Your contribution will empower our team to continue their life-saving mission.
