The Story
To provide the highest standard of modern healthcare, continuous education is not optional—it is essential. Our Staff Training and Development campaign focuses on elevating the skills of our current medical team to meet the complex and growing needs of the Kanungu district. We are currently seeking funding pledges for advanced training: Medical officer training ($16,817), Physician training ($16,917), and a Public Dental Officer ($11,214). By investing in the specialization of our staff, we are ensuring that complex cases can be handled locally, reducing the need for dangerous and expensive referrals. This is an investment in the long-term medical capacity of our region.
